Description The Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) is a business division of the Mercedes-Benz Group AG and specializes in financial and mobility services with approximately 10,000 employees worldwide. We are building a Mercedes-Benz high-performance charging network. We want charging at Mercedes-Benz to become a special customer experience. In order to build up this holistic charging ecosystem as quickly as possible, we are establishing a new charging unit at MBM consisting of three pillars: Charging in public, at home and in the business area. Our "Charging Solutions" unit is internationally responsible for developing and supporting innovative customer solutions relating to "charging in and outside the vehicle" in the clusters "Charging@ Home", "Charging@ Public", "Charging@ Company/Depot".
As a team, we are responsible for the successful implementation of our topics and thus make a valuable contribution to our "Electric-Only" strategy pillar on a daily basis. To achieve this, we work closely together across teams and departments within the Charging Unit at MBM, but also with our colleagues in Sales, Development and IT. Our way of working is strongly oriented towards an agile swarm logic and thrives on a high degree of flexibility and mutual support.
What awaits you: Full responsibility for validating and ensuring proper functionality of the Charging Management PlatformCapture, analysis, and management of the software system requirements in coordination with product managementCreate and document a quality assurance strategy for the entire software systemDefine and communicate quality standards for the various functionsDerive, document and execute test cases for the continuous assurance of high quality standardsCreate and maintain quality documentation and regular reporting on the quality status to managementQualifications What qualifications and background you have ideally:
Degree with a focus on Computer Science, Information/Communication Technology, or Software DevelopmentProven experience in testing and securing backend-based software systemsKnowledge of heterogeneous IT architectures, complex distributed IT infrastructures, and modern technologies (such as REST APIs, SOA, Docker, Kubernetes, AppDynamics)Experience in the field of Charging / e-Mobility / Energy SupplyExcellent analytical skills as well as an independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to workInternational experience / intercultural experience is desirableWe offer you more than just a job.
