Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System and Strategy to comply with applicable Legal Requirements and Syngenta Code of Practices to guarantee the quality of our products and services, the efficacy of our process and care the brand reputation.
Responsibilities: Assure the implementation and fulfillment of Quality Management System.Support Customer Complaint and Nonconformities management in the different areas, building a proactive way of working.Drive Continues Improvement through Performance Management.Partner with functional managers to determine Quality priorities, establish service level agreements and lead the design and delivery of solutions to ensure the culture to drive the achievement of business goals and reduce the associated Quality risk.Advise management on all Quality aspects including changes in local/code of practices, present and future risks.Consolidate Territory KPI Quality Dashboard aligned to the business needs, Leadership Teams and Territory Supply Head.Support leaders in developing the Quality capabilities and resources required to enable delivery of business strategy.Provide expert and well-balanced technical Quality advice and ensure all processes/operations are managed in line with Syngenta Code of Practices and applicable Territory regulatory requirements.Contribute/lead Territory Quality projects defined on the Latam strategy.Qualifications Requirements At Syngenta we are highly people focused – we look for professionals who are engaged, collaborative and excellent in execution.
