Quality Assurance Specialist (Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy Companyy)

Join our dedicated New York based team at a dynamic ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of clinical documentation.

The Role

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough reviews of session notes to ensure accuracy and completeness, aligning with therapy goals and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and verify the timely entry of all client information and session data into our management software, Central Reach.
- Analyze therapy graphs and session reports to identify inconsistencies or areas needing clarification.
- Oversee the accuracy of time logs recorded by therapists to ensure correct documentation of sessions.
- As the role progresses,
train and guide new staff on best practices.
- Proactively identify discrepancies in session notes and collaborate with clinical staff to amend and update records as necessary.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes, enhancing overall therapy outcomes and compliance.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

- Experience with data entry and management, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software, specifically Central Reach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clinical staff and provide training.
- High attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- A proactive mindset, not content with passivity, and eager to take initiative in improving processes.
- Desire to grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities over time.
- Ability to work both independently and as a valuable member of our clinical team.
