About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time QA Analyst with 1-2 years of experience in multinational manufacturing environments to join our team at Okeanos, with the potential to transition to a full-time position after six months. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector, managing and supervising the Document Management System within the Quality Management System (QMS), contributing to the implementation of the QMS plan, and supporting various quality assurance initiatives specific to manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise the Document Management System within Okeanos' QMS.Participate in the implementation and follow-up of QMS activities, including CAPA processes.Conduct legal research for regulatory affairs and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.Engage in internal and external audits.Develop and coordinate QA training sessions.Assist in managing customer complaints, creating technical reports, and overseeing product release.Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in multinational manufacturing companies, ideally involved with Quality Management Systems and regulatory affairs.Proficient in Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Organized, methodical, with a strong focus on detail and process-oriented thinking.Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.Hybrid position in the office in Nuñez, Buenos Aires.
