We are seeking a talented and experienced ML and Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies, with a particular emphasis on prompt engineering and fluency in English. You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that enhance our clients' operations, productivity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and generative AI applications using the latest technologies.
• Utilize the Open AI Chat API and Open AI Assistants API to build custom AI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Implement and manage vector database retrieval systems for efficient data access and retrieval.
• Design and develop APIs and tool wrappers to ensure seamless interoperability with LLMs.
• Leverage frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex for building robust generative AI models.
• Apply LangSmith observability framework to monitor and optimize AI model performance.
• Integrate AI solutions with the Azure AI bot framework and Azure AI Studio for enhanced functionality.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create advanced AI-driven business applications.
• Perform prompt engineering to fine-tune AI interactions, ensuring high-quality, contextually accurate responses.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to refine and improve AI solutions through effective prompt design.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in machine learning, NLP, and generative AI development.
• Proficiency with Open AI Chat API and Open AI Assistants API.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems.
• Experience with API development and creating tool wrappers for LLMs.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangSmith frameworks.
• Expertise in Azure AI bot framework and Azure AI Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, with the ability to design effective prompts that yield high-quality AI outputs.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid programming skills in Python or similar languages.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
