TasksThe International Design Center in Valbonne, a subsidiary of the headquarter based in Germany, is a design centre that opened in France in 2019 and is employing 30 interior and exterior designers, as well as CAD and clay modellers.
The studio works like a start-up, with reactivity, efficiency and flexibility.
We are recruiting a Purchasing, General Services & Administration Office whose main tasks will be:
Purchasing Management & Accounting Interface for Purchases:Fulfillment of purchase requisitions & Invoice verification in the Group toolCreating and Modifying Accounts PayableContract management in collaboration with MBF's Purchasing departmentManagement of delivery notes (compliance and archiving)Building Management (General Services & Security):Management of building requests with the service provider VinciManagement and implementation of legal standards and procedures related to safety in the building industryManagement of building access badges and remote surveillance camerasCommunication of IDC's own internal privacy and security policies (Clean Desk policy, etc.
)Administration:Planning of meetings (Board of Directors, team meetings, individual meetings, with Germany)Management and reception of visitors/service providersInternal & external communicationFollow-up of the CEO's emails (Translations in German/French/English, writing emails, follow-up of reminders, validation of workflows) and response to unsolicited applicationsValidation of the absences of the management team in the HR toolEvent Management:Organization of internal eventsParticipation in Marketing and/or Design events organized on site by GermanyQualificationsEducation / Skills:
Minimum bachelor level with at least 3 years' professional experience in general services management and/or purchasesKnowledge of legal or Group purchasing rulesCompulsory proficiency in three languages: French / German / EnglishOffice pack
