About the opportunity: As Purchase Operations Support Officer your focus will be to lead improvement in the customer experience; enhance employee satisfaction and ensure real time, accurate transactional processing. You will be accountable for supporting the business through best practice process & systems solutions, training, service excellence & quality activities in the following areas: Purchasing, Goods Receipting, RCTI Suppliers, GRIR, Blocked Invoices & Invoice Workflow.
This is a heavily deadline-driven role in a high-volume environment, requiring adaptability to shifting priorities, and proactively solving problems whilst continuously investing in and engaging with the operations support team.
Detailed responsibilities include: Raising purchase requisitions and processing of Goods receipting of material items outside of ebuy. Maintenance of scheduling agreements and framework orders in SAP. Processing stock adjustments and assisting with production and stock transfer data in SAP. RCTI agreements on time billing and zero unreconciled items. Developing & delivering operational training around PTP Process that aligns with customer led success to the business. Helping to foster a culture of learning, innovation and continuous improvement in a support model. About you: To be successful in this role you will need:
Demonstrated purchase to pay (P2P) experience in a shared services model. Demonstrated training & support experience in P2P. Experience in a high volume transactional environment. Keen attention to detail & clear communication. Ability to consistently produce high quality work and maintain sustained attention to detail. Ability to identify, plan and manage a set of activities to enable delivery of products within set timescales. Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders or suppliers, demonstrating confidence in engaging at all levels to reach an acceptable result. Customer excellence & continuous improvement agile mindset. Results driven, passionate, motivated and performance orientated.
