We are seeking a Public Relations Associate to support our efforts in creating impactful media strategies and fostering strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:1. Media Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on media coverage related to our clients, ensuring thorough coverage reports.2. Media Lists: Build and maintain comprehensive media lists to facilitate effective outreach and engagement.3. Client Reports: Compile weekly client status reports, highlighting key media activities and results.4. Administrative Support:Handle essential administrative tasks, including writing meeting notes and managing documentation.5. Content Contribution: Contribute to the creation of articulate written content, such as press releases, pitches, client updates, and potentially social media content.Requirements:- Exceptional spoken English is a must.- 2+ years of experience in Public Relations.- Fundamental understanding of PR goals and objectives.- Strong research skills with an attention to detail.- Clear and proactive communication skills.- Eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with PR databases such as Cision, Muck Rack, or Meltwater.Who We're Looking For: We need a proactive problem solver who is eager to contribute to the success of our clients and the agency.
