Proposals Specialist (Junior)Location: Buenos Aires
DescriptionROSEN is looking for a Proposal Specialist to support the Sales Managers by checking the quotation request for correctness, creating the proposals, checking them for legal compliance and feasibility, and taking over the Sales Manager role for specific assigned projects.
The core deliverables of the Proposal Specialist are as follows:
Main responsibilities Supporting sales manager in winning new businessActing as central point of contact for and leading the proposal realization processHaving a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirementsExchanging information with customer, as needed, on request or in agreement with Sales ManagerPreparation of proposals and contracts based on client and/or sales manager inputExchanging information/requirement changes within acquisition team/functions/rolesLiaising with related business, operational and supporting functions/roles to ensure cost of products and services quoted are clearly defined and optimizedRecognizing and achieving goals, initiatives and core values as defined by ROSENMonitoring & ensuring proposal submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency and complianceEnsuring completeness and accuracy of contracts/PO's together with Sales Manager and Legal SpecialistsAssessing project risks together with Sales Manager and Legal SpecialistsRequirementsThe successful candidate should have the minimum qualifications and/or skills:Professional recently graduated in Engineering or Business Administration1 – 3 years minimum of professional experience in roles related to quotations, proposals, business administration, project management sales, or finance, ideally developed within the Oil and Gas industryExperience with public and private bid managementEnglish level B2 as defined by the CEFR standardsBasic commercial, financial and technical knowledge and understandingAnalytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and organization skills are required.Work team oriented, social and leadership skills compatible with the company's core values.Our OfferThe function enables you to become part of the ambitious and growing organization that serves the Oil and Gas industry with state-of-the-art technologies.
