The Job
What You'll Do :
- Lease Ups and Tenant Pre-Screening : Assist in the lease-up process and pre-screening of potential tenants.
- Bookkeeping Tasks : Support with bookkeeping responsibilities, including basic knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft suite.
- Social Media Management (Optional) : While not a non-negotiable requirement, there is a possibility of handling social media management.
- Software Utilization : Proficiency in using property management software like Bill Diem or Zillow.
- Seamless Connection :
Work towards achieving a seamless connection between listing sites and building management software.
- Bonus Incentives : Implement bonus incentives for leasing agents to expedite unit occupancy.
- Proactive Client Outreach : Proactively reach out to potential clients, providing information about available rentals.
- Daily Operations : Manage the list of rentals, follow up with leads, and engage with potential clients on social media.
The Profile
What You Bring :
- Experience in property management, leasing, and bookkeeping tasks.
- Proficiency in property management and Appfolio
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing processes.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and motivated team player.
