MRM is a Digital Marketing and Advertising leading multinational company. At MRM BA a Project Manager is responsible for activating and supervising production and equipment on a day-to-day basis. Main tasks- Responsible for the successful development of multiple low- to medium-complexity projects.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.- Facilitate project kickoff meetings providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.- Create and manage project scope documents and timetables / action plans.- Lead projects with cross-functional teams including technology, QA, User Experience, content, performance / analytics.- Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients and partners.- Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing.- Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration. Required skills- Problem solver and decisive with the willingness to collaborate, persuade and deal.- Excellent communication skills.- Able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.- Able to time manage and prioritize.- Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver an overall solution.- Able to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams.- Advanced English level (oral and written). Required experience- 2-4 year experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.- Agency or client-side experience a plus.- MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferred.- MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferred.- Knowledge / familiarity with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, etc.).- Experience with digital campaigns, including site, digital experiences, email.- Experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred. PM Certified is a plus.
