At MRM BA aProject Manageris responsible for activating and supervising production and equipment on a day-to-day basis.
-Conduct asset quality reviews before passing it on to teams.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
-Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans.
-Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, vendors and internal teams.
-Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing.
-Coordinate asset deliveries with external and internal teams.
-Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration.
Required skills -Problem solver and decisive with the willingness to collaborate, persuade and deal.
-Able to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
-Able to time manage and prioritize.
-Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver an overall solution.
Required experience -6 months to 1 year experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
-Advanced English level (oral and written).
-MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferred.
-Familiarity with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred.
