Job Title: Service Excellence – Project Manager – Supervising Associate Position summary The Service Excellence Project Manager role is a part of a global team that plays a pivotal role in transforming business at EY GDS enabling stakeholders to lead in the marketplace. The team partners with their stakeholders to solve problems through every step in their journey by focusing on innovation techniques, improve process efficiency and enhance productivity enabling them to remain competitive in the market.
This position will support GDS Argentina Service Lines/Service Functions in process improvement consultancy and Project/Program Management for software development projects based on the following: Office 365 Suite -Sharepoint, Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps- BI applications, others.
Job responsibilities Lead and manage projects related to the development of automation solutions using MS PowerPlatform, VBA macros, SharePoint, and other technologies.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project schedules.Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project requirements and deliverables.Demonstrate business skills with the ability to effectively negotiate priorities across multiple groups/teamsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure high-quality project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Assist in business process improvement discussions, analyse and provide consultancy on process and automation opportunitiesAssess and document processes.
