The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of Aquiva's Salesforce-based Product Development projects. This includes the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects, setting deadlines, and status reporting to ensure projects stay on track and on budget.
Responsibilities & Duties: Plan short-term and long-term projects, from initiation to closureManage scope, budget, quality, and resourcesManage schedule/deadlines and set team expectations to ensure timelinessInteract with external stakeholders and project development teams to ensure service goals are met or exceededIdentify and manage risksOversee documentation and tracking of customer interactionQualifications & Skills: Leadership skillsStrong experience managing complex software development projectsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong time management skillsCost control and budgeting skillsConflict resolution and problem-solving skillsAbility to delegate effectivelyRisk management knowledgeKnowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. agile, scrum, SAFe)Well-versed in a variety of project management tools (i.e. SmartSheets, Salesforce, Jira)Confident with external customer communicationsFluent in EnglishMinimum Requirements: Bachelor's degreeProject Manager with at least 3 years of software industry experienceMinimum of 3+ years' experience using agile methodologyAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeDesirable: Salesforce Certification(s), a plus but not requiredSoftware development backgroundExperience working on Salesforce implementation, development, and PDO projectsScrum Master Certification, a plus but not requiredA Project Management Institute Certificate or Gold Seal Certificate in Project ManagementBenefits: Work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
