Role description: In the Project Manager role, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, most often managing multiple short-term and long-term projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities: Track and communicate team utilization, velocity, and sprint/release progressUpdate agile tracking systems to provide transparency to team and program backlogsAssist team in making appropriate commitments through transparency of their capacity and past performance (velocity) and through requests prioritization, definition, and task breakdownManage customer project deliveryManage margin cost inside the teamManage the overall risk - analyze & report/escalate problems or delays in meeting commitments to leadershipDeliver projects on time, within budget, and to the stated deliverables through the use of structured project management processesConstantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders, identifying needs that can be successfully addressed by projectsEstablish the Project Plan (define the goal of the project, identify the scope, identify the steps, identify the dependencies, define the time frames, define the deliverables, list out the features, and create a timeline)Execute the Project PlanMonitor the Project (delivery control/budget/quality), manage risksManage the Project Team (including cross-team and cross-unit colleagues)Contract drafting, negotiation, and administration in generalRequired skills and knowledge: 2+ years of relevant experience in the Project Manager positionUnderstanding of project management methods, practices, and tools (Excel, Jira, Miro, or other similar tools)Understanding and application of project management ideas, concepts, and best practicesUnderstanding and evaluating the Project (Scope, Cost, Risks)The ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing without assistanceAbility to work with people at all levels of an organization to complete projectsThe ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while being organized and efficientThe ability to operate well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphereThe ability to manage sensitive informationThe ability to collaborate as part of a teamAbility to work overtime if neededAbility to operate independently while assisting othersAnalytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills without assistance; conflict-solving with assistanceUpper-Intermediate/Fluent level of EnglishWhat we provide: We know our team members are key to achieving our goals, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
