Main Purpose The Project Manager is accountable for leading main Projects & Capital Plan and the preparation of the SMP (Site Master Plan) to guarantee the plant's normal and safe operation and growth through efficient management of resources, high deliverables quality, compliance with local and global engineering standards, all project documentation, and adherence to internal and external laws and regulations, safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as cost management.
Your mission will be to: Support the site by achieving goals, assuring the outcomes of the area, and aligning capital projects with the Site strategy and outcomes. Drive and incorporate the benefits of a World Class Organization into the plant's culture.Actively seek optimizations regarding SMP internal processes and define the need for the plant to maximize resource usage. Manage the planning, execution, and control of the capital plan to maintain and improve the financial excellence and competitiveness of the site.Manage investment projects, define project goals and timeframe with the business owner, and coordinate all team members throughout all project phases.Provide leadership, managing, and coaching to Project Engineers, contractors, and engineering companies to ensure benchmark project performance measured through project KPIs.Work together with Maintenance, Reliability, and Integrity departments to support maintenance strategy and create technical standards.Focus on reliability for design (RFD) according to Asset Care strategy.Participate actively in all LEAN related activities that may impact daily roles to support Production System effectiveness.Support PHA analysis, Hazard Reviews, Audits (Internal and External), and Manufacturing improvements.Unlock your Potential B.S. in Engineering or other degreesAt least 4 to 10 years of experience in Project ManagementPostgraduate in Project Management and/or PMP certification (preferred)Knowledge of legal requirements as well as safety standards and obligationsStrong willingness and ability to deliver results, with a good sense of prioritiesLeadership, management, and communication skillsOutsourcing & Contract ManagementFluent in EnglishYOUR APPLICATION
