Main Purpose The Project Manager is accountable for leading main Projects & Capital Plan and the preparation of the SMP (Site Master Plan) to guarantee the plant's normal and safe operation and growth through efficient management of resources, high deliverables quality, local and global engineering standards, management of all project documentation and requirements, and compliance with all internal and external laws and regulations, safety, health and environmental standards, as well as cost management.
Your mission will be to: Support the site by achieving goals, assuring the outcomes of the area and aligning capital projects with the Site strategy and outcomes. Actively leverage best practices across the business with other sites. Drive and incorporate the benefits of a World Class Organization into the plant's culture. Comply with all internal and external laws & regulations, safety, health and environmental standards. Actively seek optimizations regarding SMP internal processes, together with the areas, and define the need for the plant while challenging the scope to maximize resource usage. Manage the planning, execution and control of the capital plan to maintain and improve the financial excellence and competitiveness of the site by defining together with other functions, annual priorities, schedules and detailed Capital Plan. Perform feasibility analysis, scope definition, work schedule from the initial phase until execution and delivery, risk analysis, engineering standards, cost management, commissioning and closure. Management of investment projects. Definition of project goals and timeframe with the business owner. Development of the project execution strategy. Coordination of all team members throughout all project phases. Representation of the overall project towards the Steering Committee and Stakeholders. Responsibility for delivery of the overall project goals regarding safety, quality, cost and schedule. Provide leadership, managing and coaching to Project Engineers, contractors and engineering companies to ensure benchmark in project performance measured through project KPIs. Develop service specification standards and scope, carry out technical approval, service contracts renewal and improvement, bidding process accomplishment and supplier development, administrative management, control of deviations and formal complaints action plan. Work together with the Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity department to reach high standards of asset care, support maintenance strategy, create technical standards and manage all the documentation and requirements of the project. Focus on reliability for design (RFD) according to Asset Care strategy. Active participation in all LEAN related activities that may impact daily roles to support Production System effectiveness. Internal communications, standardization of processes, by actively networking with global and regional engineering teams. Support PHA analysis and Hazard Reviews, Audits (Internal and External), Maintenance Shut down, Manufacturing improvements, to maintain and develop the installations and processes. Unlock your Potential B.S. in Engineering or other degrees. At least 4 to 10 years' experience in Project Management. Postgraduate in Project Management and/or PMP certification (preferred). Knowledge of legal requirements as well as safety standards and obligations. Strong willingness and ability to deliver results, with a good sense of priorities. Leadership, management and communication skills. Outsourcing & Contract Management. Fluent English.
