Project Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality e-commerce solutions to our clients. As a pivotal member of our startup, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of projects. This role involves being the owner of each account, the "team leader" of each POD, efficiently managing communications, stakeholders, and the team's risks and priorities.Responsibilities:? Leadership & Communication: Serve as the owner of each account and the team leader for each POD. Manage internal and external communications efficiently.? Stakeholder & Risk Management: Manage stakeholders, risks, and team priorities effectively, aligning with the short and long-term objectives of the company and clients.? Planning & Execution: Co-lead weekly planning sessions with EPMs, setting tasks and hours per client. Lead the weekly plan's execution and ensure all tasks, including developments, QA, and reviews, are clearly assigned and executed correctly.? Quality Assurance & Reporting: Ensure the quality and compliance of all deliveries, coordinating quality reviews and QA efforts. Report progress and task status.? Continuous Improvement: Lead the monthly retrospective to evaluate and improve processes.Requirements:? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.? Proven experience ( years) as a Project Manager.? Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.? Exceptional organizational and time management skills.? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.? Experience in e-commerce or working with Shopify is advantageous.? Advanced English level.
