The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for optimizing workflows and collaboration. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in addressing opportunities for improvement in team operations, with a specific focus on team meetings, tools and software, knowledge sharing, learning & development, and research & data.This position reports to our Design Operations Manager and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office.What you'll doTools & software management:Drive the adoption of Jira as a primary project management and communication tool within the Design team.Work closely with team members to align processes around the use of tools such as Jira and/ or Monday.com.Provide training and support to ensure all team members are proficient in using these tools effectively.Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot any technical issues related to tools and software.Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers ensuring smooth operation.Knowledge sharing:Streamline the use of tools, software and repositories commonly employed by the team to facilitate seamless knowledge sharing.Develop and implement processes that encourage the sharing of insights, best practices, and lessons learned within the team.Establish effective connections with other teams to foster cross-functional knowledge sharing and collaboration.Research & data integration:Support research initiatives within the team, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to design processes.Cultivate a data-driven culture within the team by promoting the use of data in decision-making processes.Collaborate with researchers and data analysts to assess the need for a research and data approach in the design process, integrating findings into the overall design strategy.Learning & development:Work closely with Design Leadership to support them in assessing the skill set, needs, and growth opportunities of individual team members.Collaborate with Design Leadership to design and implement learning and development programs tailored to the needs of the Product Design team.Understand and align with the ways of working with Design's primary stakeholders, fostering collaboration and synergy.Team meetings and other processes optimization:Provide support in evaluating and implementing strategies to maximize the value derived from team meetings.Collaborate with Design Leadership to ensure that meetings are efficient, impactful, and contribute to the enhancement of design quality.Work together with Design Leadership to continuously assess and iterate on meeting structures and team operations to improve overall team communication and collaboration.Skills you'll bringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design or relevant field; Project Management certification is a plus.Familiarity with Design and Design systems processes and tooling, such as Figma and FigJam (Preferred).Proven experience in SaaS industry and Product Development (Required).Proven experience in project management (+5 years), particularly in a design or creative environment (Preferred).Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Monday.com (Required).Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with expertise in documentation and a talent for building positive relationships (Required).Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement (Required).Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Required).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities (Required).Dialpad benefits and perksCultureWe've been named a Top Workplace seven times, and a big part of this is because of our collaborative culture that elevates our teammates, celebrates wins, and brings together passion and talent.
