Job Description:
AI projects initiate and management.
Discover opportunities within BAU.
Identify technical requirements, and risk management.
Develop proof of concept (On demand).
Manage and track projects.
End-to-End AI applications development.
Develop workflow and prompt engineering.
Collaborate with the tech team on platform and model development.
Support AI application operations and optimization.
Designand implement evaluation method.
Responsible for testing before release.
Track indicators after release.
Qualification:
Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline.
Proven experience in AI related jobs or project management.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects in time.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Passionate commitment to AI application development.
Experience in building LLM workflow & prompt engineering.
Programming skills: python [Entry level], SQL [Mid. level].
Clear understanding of the cloud service backend systems like EC2, Hive, Elastic search.
Experience in LLM fine-tune, e.g. SFT, RLHF.
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
