We are looking for a Project Manager to support our team 'Projects, Integrated Planning, and Realization' in project management with planning experience for construction projects worldwide, focusing on the Americas and based in Mexico. With our projects, we shape the future of our locations with comprehensive collaboration from the site master plan through planning and realization to transition into operation.
Responsibilities: Take over project management for new construction projects and project developments worldwide, focusing on the Americas with responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and safety.Lead the entire planning, realization, and transition process, acting as the contact person for the client and division management in all project matters.Manage the planning, realization, and transition process with the project team, operators, and users.Requirements: Education: Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or comparable qualification.Personality: Team player, reliable, strong communication skills, creative, innovative, and socially competent.Working Style: Independent, customer-oriented, strong leadership skills, goal- and solution-oriented.Experience: Several years of professional experience in planning and project management, including international experience in managing complex national and international construction projects.Qualifications: Knowledge of the entire planning and construction process, understanding of production engineering procedures, processes, and plants, collaboration models, and inspiring working conditions.Enthusiasm: Willingness to work on complex construction projects, be mobile, and culturally sensitive.Languages: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Bosch values cultural diversity and promotes the growth of its associates.
