Job Description - Project Management Office (PMO) Intern - MBTMY (MER0003H98) Description Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Perform routine administrative tasks to support daily operations as needed.Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics as assigned.
Analyze findings and assist in preparing reports and presentations.Event Coordination: Collaborate with team members to plan, organize, and set up projects/subnets/business stream events.Communication and Design: Support and create clear, concise, and engaging content for internal stakeholders.
Design and create visually appealing content for communication (Design skills are considered an added advantage).
Collaborate with various business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.Innovation and Process Improvement: Propose innovative ideas and solutions based on insights gained from process implementation and stakeholder feedback.Qualifications Degree in Business Administration or related program.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eager to learn and gain practical experience.
