Join our creative in-house ecosystem as a Project Management Lead Americas .
In this hybrid role, you'll oversee project management for the Latin America region and global resource allocation across all regions.
Your leadership will ensure efficient project delivery and optimal resource utilization for this global client account.
Key Responsibilities Global Resource Allocation: Oversee resource distribution across global markets to ensure efficient project delivery and make necessary adjustments to meet demands.
Ad-Hoc Work Management: Manage ad-hoc projects and develop systems for efficient intake and distribution of scoped work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with directors and regional leads to ensure cohesive project execution and optimal resource utilization.
Strategic Resource Planning: Align resource management with global objectives and optimize allocation for fluctuating workloads.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor resource and project performance using data-driven analysis to identify improvements and implement actionable changes.
Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet brand standards and implement quality assurance processes across the global network.
Communication and Coordination: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and act as a central resource contact for inquiries and problem-solving.
Crisis Management and Flexibility: Anticipate and mitigate resource-related issues, swiftly adapting strategies to accommodate dynamic needs.
Global Onboarding Management: Manage onboarding of new staff globally, ensuring seamless integration with necessary training and coordination across all capabilities and stakeholders supporting local line managers.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong skills in interpersonal communication, decision-making, and collaboration.
Strong project and resource management skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth understanding of new media and digital marketing trends.
A desire to explore new technologies and continuously learn.
Ability to embrace change and adapt to new tools and processes.
Effective leadership of cross-functional teams.
Experience in mentoring, developing and training team members.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines.
Entrepreneurial mindset focused on efficiency and creativity.
Over 5 years of project management and resourcing experience, preferably with Fortune 500 clients.
Proven skills in managing and strengthening client relationships.
Experience working with technology sector clients is highly desirable.
Location This position is based in Buenos Aires, with potential travel to regional offices and production sites as needed.
