Job Description 1. Ensure that the Line has the required Work Process Sheet (WPS) or Work Instruction Sheet (WIS) and that the contents are understood and implemented in the manufacturing process.
2. Ensure reception, acquisition, and registration of new Tools, Jigs, Machines, and other Equipment needed and used for the Production Line.
3. Ensure that the Machines, Tools, Jigs, and other Equipment used by the Production Line comply with the required operation, calibration, and standard specifications.
4. Responsible for Line Set-up design of New Products and new Models and for every process and Line that may require Line set-up change.
5. Supports in the investigation and countermeasure formulation of every critical and functional defect found during the Production and repair process.
6. Responsible for any Engineering Changes or Engineering Change Orders as required by the Customer.
Qualifications ~ Male or Female.
~ Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
~ With experience in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Assembly.
~ Analytical and detail-oriented.
~ Competent and can work under pressure; mature in decision-making, well-organized, and can work with minimum supervision.
~ Good oral and written communication skills.
~ With knowledge in machine troubleshooting, repair, and technical jobs related to production.
~ Can start immediately.
~ Has complete requirements such as SSS, PagIbig, Philhealth & TIN numbers, NBI & Police clearance.
