An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Project Director in Peru. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage effectively all onsite activities in the delivery of projects to ensure the successful delivery of the project, to budget and in accordance with Ausenco objectives.Ensure that the site runs according to project plans with appropriately skilled staff available at the required times to complete tasks.Lead an on-site team of engineers, supervisors, and technical support personnel in completing assigned scope.Manage the construction work in accordance with the project schedule and the project budget.Maintain a professional and functional relationship with client personnel.Key Support for the Senior Project Director as a member of the Project Leadership Team.Qualifications: 20 years or more of EPCM/EPC experience including supervision of contractors and field personnel.Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree.Desirable experience as a client, and experience managing a project portfolio.Significant management experience in the construction environment and a thorough knowledge of all phases of construction is essential to have experience working in a mine construction environment within South America.Willingness to work on site 8x6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and client focus.Availability to work on site 8x6.Why Ausenco?
