We are currently looking for a Program Operations Manager to work for a technology project.

Key Responsibilities: Develops SOPs and frameworks for program governance. Identifies and oversees program risks and issues and proposes mitigation strategies, while representing the Google business and MCCP program's vision to internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors. Manages program evaluation and evolution by tracking and analyzing KPIs. Implements continuous improvement practices and oversees complex business analyses to support data-driven results. Produces and maintains project plans and scope requirement documentation for all aspects of the program. Supports reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration between MCCP team and internal stakeholders. Drives engagement with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Owns and manages MCCP Program knowledgebase. Creates, maintains and enhances training materials. Oversees change management activities and communications including driving adoption and business engagement as the program evolves over time. Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at leadership level. Owns logistics for managing the program and serves as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders. Necessary skills and experience required: More than 5 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Planning Strategy, Sales Operations. Advanced Excel / Google sheets and being comfortable with large sets of data. Experience with CRM and billing systems such as Salesforce. Experience in enterprise GTM or Sales Ops role. Experience in Cloud Ecosystem. IT/Sales/GTM/SaaS background is nice to have. Advanced English. Why Cognizant? A career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide.
