For our office in Montevideo, we are currently looking for a Program Manager with prior experience in projects defining strategy or resolving innovation challenges, as well as experience in the AgriFoodTech sector and working with startups. In this role, you will assist corporate clients in their process of transforming their businesses through disruptive innovation and strategic alliances with global AgriFoodTech startups.
Tasks Plan and structure the program content in line with Eatable's acceleration methodology. Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the program. Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, investors and mentors. Organize events, workshops, and training sessions for startups. Monitor and evaluate the performance of participating startups. Provide support and advice on business development, market strategies, and scalability. Ensure startups have access to resources such as funding, infrastructure, and technical expertise. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program and its activities. Facilitate the creation of synergies between participating startups and other AgriFoodTech sector initiatives. Coordinate mentorship and networking activities between startups and industry experts. Implement project management practices to ensure the success of scheduled activities. Evaluate the results of the acceleration program and implement continuous improvements. Requirements At least 5 years of previous experience in AgriFoodTech innovation, working with startups and corporations within the ecosystem, management or strategic consultancy, with In-depth knowledge of the sector, including the value chain, market dynamics, business models, key players, etc. Leadership skills: you will be leading a high potential team. Advanced understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation approaches, including business model innovation, design thinking, lean startup and agile methodologies. Eager to make a positive impact on society and the food system. Curiosity, learning, and discovery are natural traits. Team player, quick learner, highly motivated, and deadline oriented. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. Good negotiation skills. Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C2), both written and spoken, essential for working with international teams and local stakeholders.
