You're driven, resourceful, and above all else – remarkably smart. In this role, you will prepare, reconcile, analyze and report PMO revenue, contracts, projects, and associated metrics. You will enthusiastically produce financial and other business analyses, interpretation, and investigation of data for operations for assigned projects and contracts. As a financial analyst you will ensure that all reporting activities are accurate and prepared within established timelines. For you, the sweetest success is shared success and you're known for your good nature. You will:
Prepare monthly project level actual versus budget/forecast variance analysis as well as monthlyCoordinate monthly forecastingCreate and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) for PMO 3rd party vendors in Great Plains (GP)Support audits of assigned programsBachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, related fields, or equivalent experience3+ years' related finance experienceDemonstrated competency at thoughtful analysis and problem solvingExperience and proficiency with corporate accounting systems/softwareDesired Requirements: Project accounting experience in professional servicesAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
