Key accountabilities: Drive projects and strategic initiatives, collaborate with workstreams and develop content for regular business reviewsResponsible for project governance, reporting as required to support leadership decisionsCreate and manage work stream/project plans and business cases in aid of strategic projectsCreate consolidated program level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and / or respective workstream ownersDrive and produce program/project communications plans and materials, agenda and action items to keep relevant stakeholders informedCollaborate with various teams to drive large scale strategic initiatives and share preferred practicesQualifications: Skills and Experience: Manage and drive large scale programs with multiple underlying workstreamsExcellent communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong business insights writing skillsAbility to work with ambiguity, self-driven, attention to detail and plan/ execute for the futureStrategic thinker with experience in Project ManagementQuick to adapt – able to accelerate learning curve for new assignmentsRelationship development and management at all levelsHigh degree of comfort working with global stakeholders across time zonesAttention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities
