About the RoleAs a Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of client projects. You will be responsible for managing team capacity, coordinating with Water Advisors regarding work planning and prioritization, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs to clients. You will utilize your expertise in Jira to track progress and manage workflows while leveraging your people skills for smooth communication and collaboration within client teams.
Your Core FocusLead the planning and execution of Water Advisors and Water Specialists outputs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Maintain and update project plans, reflecting current priorities and team capacity.Manage the Professional Services team's workload, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Act as the main point of coordination for the Water team, ensuring alignment across different client outputs.Continuously assess and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.Utilize Jira for project tracking, issue management, and workflow optimization.Manage KPIs, hiring plans, and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs of the team and clients.Your ProfileExperience: 3+ years managing teams of 10+ people in SaaS, consultancy, or early-stage startup environments. Proven track record in project management or program management roles.
Skills: Demonstrated expertise with task management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello. Strong written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with cross-functional stakeholders. Water expertise is a plus but not mandatory.
Mindset: You are relentlessly curious, excited to learn, and committed to making an impact. You thrive in early-stage startup environments, where being resourceful and adaptable is crucial.
Passion: Excited about the environment and water issues. Motivated by working on solutions to complex challenges with broad implications.
Background: A degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in the Climate Tech space is a plus.
Location: Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Language: Fluency in English is a must.
