ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of customer needs from the point of view of online monitoring of machines and equipment in their production.Creating solutions for monitoring, processing, and visualization of production data.Negotiating with customers about proposed solutions.Solution implementation.Customer training and technical support.Cooperation with the product development department on the development and implementation of new innovative technologies in the field of digitization of industry, smart factories, automated collection and processing of data from production machines, their analysis, reporting, and online visualization.Full-time job.
