The opportunity Seeking a Production Artist/Presentation Specialist to bring our Americas Consulting BMC (Brand, Marketing and Communication) presentations and other documents to life with a keen eye for design to create visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate information in a clear and engaging manner. Your role will be to take on designs during the final stages of development to ensure accuracy and prepare them for print or digital publication. To be successful in this position, you should combine strong creative and technical skills to format various images and illustrations. You should also have an eye for detail and project management experience.
Your key responsibilities Liaise with marketing managers to define design requirements. Review graphics, layouts and fonts before products are completed. Enhance the design and layout of presentations to make them more visually appealing and engaging. Finalize designs using image editing software and provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual impact of presentations. Resizing of images as needed. Retouch images to improve quality both in print and digital formats. Complete minor video edits as needed for social media and marketing programs. Suggest and apply image improvements, like creating gradients and layers. Follow deadlines to ensure timely publications. Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations for a variety of clients and internal stakeholders. Craft compelling visuals and layouts that simplify and effectively communicate data and information. Work closely with our team to understand the content and objectives of the presentation, and then transform it into a compelling visual story. Incorporate visuals, charts, and graphics to effectively communicate key messages. Ensure consistency and compliance in branding and visual elements throughout the presentation in accordance with company brand guidelines. Make revisions and edits based on team feedback. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Proofread and edit presentation materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. Archive produced images and graphics. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience required. Between 3-5 years of related experience in a fast-paced global environment. Proven work experience as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer or similar role. Portfolio of completed graphic designs and creative projects. Proven experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations. Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ideally, you'll also have Basic knowledge of HTML and web development systems. Technologies and Tools Solid knowledge of the digital process and preflighting tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign). Hands-on experience with graphic design software and image editing tools (e.g. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
