Job DescriptionMain TasksLead the filter manufacturing process, distributing responsibilities, guiding collaborators, controlling results and supporting process improvement opportunities, in order to ensure the maximization of productivity and the maintenance of product quality.
Sustain and increase Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) levels, by defining and implementing tactics in line with corporate strategies, in order to maximize productivity.Lead the production process, carrying out the planning and follow up of the manufacturing needs and final delivery for dispatch, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of customer requirements.Detect and monitor scrap, studying its causes and establishing guidelines for its reduction, in order to guarantee the optimum performance of the production lines and cells.Manage the assigned human resources, through the distribution of tasks and the control of results, in order to ensure the best use of the personnel's skills in the manufacturing processes.Periodically report the evolution of the corresponding KPIs, in order to provide accurate and timely communication for decision making.Monitor the evolution of raw material inventories, detecting differences, analyzing their causes and offering measures for their elimination, in order to guarantee accurate information for decision making.Support the resolution of problems or process improvements, attending meetings on various topics (productivity, quality, etc.), in order to maximize the results of the productive sector.Your ProfileEducation: University degree in Engineering.Experience: Senior level with more than 3 years in the automotive industry.Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).Tools: SAP Knowledge/MS Office.Knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 / 5S / Kaizen.We offerHere at MANN+HUMMEL, you will gain outside-the-box thinking and meaningful work experience, along with the chance to become actively involved and reach your true potential.
