Position: Product Support & Reliability Engineer

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic or equivalent

Experience: 6+ years

Job Responsibilities: Providing precise technical solutions for complex vehicle issues from headquarters to global field technical support managers. Based on vehicle data & field data (W&G), identify potential issues from the product for improving the reliability of the products. Discuss with stakeholders (Quality/Development/Purchase) to find solutions for potential issues from the product. Documenting vehicle issues & their potential impact for participating in technical meetings from different departments (Legal/Certification/Quality/Development). Technically responsible in after-sales for global field service measure preparation. Creating & releasing global information for workshops regarding known issues & remedies. Skills Required: Strong technical know-how of modern vehicle systems & their complex vehicle diagnosis. Must have HV (High Voltage) safety awareness & experience with HV Battery/HV Battery Chargers/etc. Must have vehicle data analysis skills. Must be a good team player & proficient in stakeholder management. Basic awareness of after-sales business operations. Written and communication skills in English.
