including related technology and business services companies, with a focus on helping to build long term value for clients, employees and shareholders.
The acquisition will support the continuation of Charles Taylor's successful growth strategy, with a focus on expanding client relationships, broadening specialist capabilities and the range of services and technology solutions, deepening geographic coverage, and reinvesting in quality of service and technology.
The Role
As a Product Strategy Analyst at Charles Taylor, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and build a solid foundation for your career in Digital Innovation and Insurance Industry.
You will work closely with experienced professionals in various departments, participating in diverse projects and initiatives that will develop your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, and Accountability and Collaboration.
- Assist and execute change management activities as part of this global process.
- Actively participate in organizational processes.
- Collaborate on activities related with governance and procedures for the global product office.
- Assist in vendor or third party process and interactions (related with SOW, compliance, admin tasks, etc).
- Participate in other activities related with Product processes and admin.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Economy, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish (bilingual level).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency of MS Tools (Desirable).
