We are currently looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team and assist in maintaining and driving engagement of our successful SaaS. The app is built with a Ruby on Rails backend and a React front end and hosted on Heroku. You might be a good match if you are great with technology, very sharp, and very organized.

Position Responsibilities Product QA testingAssist with writing PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)Low-code and no-code workflow development using tools like n8n and ZapierReport development with SQLAssist with help article development and refinement with a focus on optimizing our Customer Support AI chatbot responsesAssist in training and product marketing content development tasks like webinars, email updates, social media posting, editing videosQualifications You align with our core values:
