At the HR chapter and Coach4expats, we are looking for a creative and dynamic Community Manager Social Media Content Creator who is bilingual in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, and community engagement. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence for our 2 brands, creating compelling content, and designing and implementing newsletters that drive engagement and align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media channels in both English and Spanish.Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to optimize content and strategies.Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and engaged online community.Content Creation: Develop high-quality, bilingual (Spanish and English) multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.Use analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement.Newsletter Design Implementation: Design, create, and distribute bi-weekly newsletters to our subscriber base in Spanish and English.Write compelling newsletter content in both Spanish and English, with a focus on driving conversions and engagement.Analyze the performance of newsletters (open rates, click rates, etc.) and make recommendations for improvements.Write blog articles per request with SEO settings for link building purposes.Community Engagement: Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to grow brand awareness and build relationships.Manage our LinkedIn profiles and boost paid and organic postings.Organize and manage online events, QA sessions, and contests to enhance community participation.Act as the brand's voice in online discussions, ensuring timely responses and a consistent, positive tone.Requirements: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.Experience in designing and implementing newsletters using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, etc.Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills in both languages.Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international brands or multilingual audiences.Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns and budget management.What We Offer: A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Flexibility to work remotely or hybrid.Freelance opportunity paid per hour.Benefits: You will be a contractor, thus you will own your time schedule and you will have flexible working hours.100% remote.Working at internationally oriented companies.Our Core values at Coach4expats: Transparency: We believe in transparent and smooth recruitment processes.
