We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (B2B) to work really closely to Engineering and Design teams.This is a great opportunity to work on both large-scale and early-stage products and lead key architectural initiatives as well.What you'll do :Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing timelines for our customer-facing products.Lead the product development process and drive product priorities by understanding your end user's' needs through research and various types of testing / prototyping.You will have a pivotal role in our ability to scale by continuously finding better ways to create a delightful experience for our end users.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to gain cross team alignment.Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather and interpret data, perform market research, and make data-driven decisions.Who you are :5+ years of experience in product management.Experience building B2B web products at scale.Proven experience to execute data-driven problem solving; ability to run detailed analysis (well versed with data)Ability to turn complex or ambiguous problem statements into solid action plans.Ability to execute on feature requests while still carving out time to prioritize higher-impact projects that drive greater business success.Ability to discuss technical details with engineering and product design, while concisely communicating your vision with leadership, customers, and business partners.Experience setting up instrumentation and implementing analytics conducting exploratory analysis to inform product decisions.You demonstrate a commitment towards advancing representation and inclusion in and outside the workplace.Drive product vision and strategy.Set a plan and execute, be detail oriented.Setting the demand team's quarterly roadmap and execute against it.Communication skills, working cross functionally and with stakeholders.History / experience delivering impactful products, ability to talk about the problem and how them impacted / changed the problem.Understanding of user flow and drive that conversation.Rally / align a team via compromise and getting team to an aligned decision.Nice to have :Experience in the staffing industry.SQL experience.Experience with tools like Segment, Amplitude, and Looker.Marketplace experience.Worked in HR tech / Staffing.Perks : Referral bonus.Referral bonus.Tuition Reimbursement.English lessons with native teacher.Home office + optional coworking space.2 days off per year.3 sabbatical weeks every 3 years in the company.3 weeks vacation.Birthday gift.Computer, monitor and USD home office budget per year.
