The Media Solutions team isresponsible for monetization of Zillow Group's customer traffic. Weare a shared service that builds and manages the ad tech thatpowers the Media, New Construction and Rentals ads on Zillow acrossweb and app experiences.
About the role Our goal is to deliverrelevant ads on the best mobile digital experience in real estate.To achieve this,
we are building and integrating new adinfrastructure enabling us to create and manage ads in the app.
Wewill replicate existing web ads and create new ads that areconsistent with the mobile experience. This role will lead bothefforts.
You Will Get To : - Own the end-to-end ideation, execution,evaluation, and iteration cycle of ads in the Zillow app - BeZillow's expert on iOS & Android app advertising trends andcapabilities, and a thought leader on how to leverage theseinnovations into industry-leading digital ad experiences for ourcustomers - Work across functions (engineering, data science,sales, product) to own Zillow app ad data & metrics reporting.
Represent ad data trends & insights to senior leadership. -Influence other product teams roadmaps to drive ad tests thatcreate an excellent core ad experience.
Work closely with atalented, highly-motivated cross-functional team,
and represent appexpertise to 150+ product teams within Zillow Group - Be theevangelist for your initiatives across the organization to achieveshared prioritization and execution on the most impactful work -Communicate plans, status and outcomes regularly with partners -Adapt quickly in an agile and iterative team environment This rolehas been categorized as a teleworker position.
Teleworkers do nothave a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work froma physical location of their choice which must be identified to theCompany.

Who you areQualifications - 2+ years of proficient ability in a productmanagement role in digital media.
A focus on building ad technologyproducts with agile product development or ad operations ispreferable - Experience with building for mobile applications atscale - Prior experience with and knowledge of mobile attributionand ad performance measurement - High skill and enthusiasm fordigging into quantitative and qualitative data, developing andtesting hypotheses, and seeking the why behind data trends -Ability to clearly define product objectives, estimated impact, andsuccess metrics that align to business strategy and product vision- Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams(engineering, sales, data science, design) and across differentproduct organizations - Ability to balance strategic priorities,business goals, customer needs, technical feasibility,
