About the Team:Our product team is a collaborative and cross-functional group dedicated to building exceptional products. The role:As a Product Manager at CookUnity, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product vision. The position is opened inside our Marketplace Zone, which cover the full product experience for our customers post-signup.
The role will focus on shaping and executing the user experience in our Menu, aiming to streamline the ordering process for our eaters. We want simplify without sacrificing variety, ensuring our extensive range of products stands out and excites our users.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketing experts, to help establish and execute the product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap and bring our products to life. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.

This is a full-time hire.
Responsibilities:Drive the Squad strategy, leading and facilitating all squad processes.Help the Squad find and prioritize high-potential ideas to work on delivering that strategy.Keep internal and external team members up-to-date.Work side by side with the UX team to create a high-quality user interface.Use data science and empathy to understand our users to build products that solve their problems.Frequently conduct surveys and conversations with users and collect customer feedback from reviews.Dig in to understand data patterns with our Product Analyst.Collaborate with our Portfolio team to optimize the assortment and how to showcase it.Write clear, efficient product specs.Run effective A/B tests to validate new features and create useful insights to iterate the product.Minimum Requirements:2-4 years of experience in product management, at least one year focus on consumer-facing, mobile-centric experiences.You have experience working closely with product, designers, and engineers to deliver the highest quality user experienceYou can frame the right problem and generate and prioritize ideas, involving key stakeholders in the process.You have excellent communication skills, especially in articulating business logic to technical partners.You have technical proficiency with Product Management tools such as writing stories, performing analytics, building prototypes, and user research.You care about delivering small or large features with exceptional quality.Preferred requirements:Skeptical, curious, and analytical, comfortable with adopting a scientific approach to work.Experience with Jira, Figma, InVision, Webflow, Miro, UserTesting, Optimizely, and MixPanel are a plus.You are a DO-er. You get things done with others and across teams with a problem-solving mindset and avoiding unnecessary conflict.Experience building personalized products is highly valued.You enjoy working in small teams in a fast-paced startup environment.You are excited by the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
