Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle of an ambitious web and mobile platform .
This role will report to the Head of Product and focus on feature planning, development coordination, and user-centric innovation to ensure the product aligns with strategic business goals while delivering exceptional user experiences.
The ideal candidate will excel in translating business requirements into actionable product roadmaps , collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive successful product launches and iterative improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Translate the product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap , prioritizing features based on user feedback, business goals, and market trends.
Define, document, and manage detailed product requirements and user stories to guide development teams.
Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment across functions.
Advocate for user needs and experiences throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring product features are intuitive and value-driven.
Use analytics tools to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
Oversee A/B testing, pilot programs, and beta releases to validate features and optimize outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings , and user behaviour insights to inform product strategy.
Communicate product updates, priorities, and key milestones to internal stakeholders and leadership.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date product documentation for clarity and team alignment.
Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management roles within technology or digital platforms.
Understanding of software development processes, APIs , and product development frameworks.
Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
Previous start-up experience would be an advantage.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Figma, or Asana for managing product workflows.
Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with iterative development cycles.
Strong focus on user experience (UX) and the ability to advocate for user needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication when presenting product goals and updates.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
Ability to align cross-functional teams around shared objectives and priorities.
