Product Manager Location: This is a 100% remote position and we are considering candidates from any major city in EST or CST Time Zone
Responsibilities: Define the product strategy and product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market trends.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver a compelling product that meets customer requirements.Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.Work closely with development teams using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of product features and updates.Drive product launches, including working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure effective execution.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and other key indicators to iterate on the product and improve user satisfaction.Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.Proven track record of managing successful software products from concept to launch.Strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees and cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP) are a plus.Salary range guidance for this position is: $150,500- $214,500.00 Bonus & PreIPO Equity The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered to candidates.
