Product Management Senior Analyst

RESPONSABILITIES: Participate in designing, creating and managing product lifecycle and internal processes/projects.Responsible for team management and internal organizationMonitoring feedback from customers and ensure positive, pro-active and solutions-based support is provided to our customers.Identifying opportunities for collaborative workDrive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.SKILLSET: Collaborate with team members, business teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders to review and refine user storiesCross Cultural TeamingSelf-driven, agile and ability to work independently and on multiple engagements simultaneously.Strong people and presentation skillsFlexible and adaptableEager to learn and understand the business, curious by nature, responsible and proactive. 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced setting, customer experience and project management.Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycleProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Desire to work in an information systems environment.Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
