:) What you will do Design and refine user interfaces for Marvin, ensuring they align with Indeed's Design System and user needs; Work closely with developers to integrate and optimize UI components and improve configuration and deployment flows; Prototype and test designs to validate usability and maintain a polished user experience.
Must haves Strong UX/UI design background, with experience working on complex, technical interfaces ( 4+ years of professional experience); Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles; Basic knowledge of frontend development constraints, including JavaScript; Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality design handoffs; Upper-intermediate English level.
Nice to haves Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
