About You
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing new user experiences and creating design assets, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for our web and mobile applications.
You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of amazing user experience designs, working with product managers, engineers, account managers, and others to deliver world-class products for our customers and partners.
What you'll do and how you'll have an impact Deliver user experience designs and information architecture for features of our leading marketplace platformWork with cross-functional product teams to ensure proper implementation of the product vision, focusing always on simplicity and ease of useFollow our internal design guidelines to support clean, consistent, simple user interfacesGain a deep understanding of our audience by gathering user feedback and evaluating usage and user analytics to identify new and existing opportunities for improvementEvangelize user experience inside and outside of the companyParticipate in designing and helping architect our expanding design systemWhat we're looking for 2+ years as a Product Designer, creating excellent interfaces that delight the customerExperience in designing for enterprise (SaaS/Cloud applications and platforms) is a plusAbility to think in terms of end-to-end UI design and global patternsStrong communication skills and ability to listen, learn, and work closely and effectively with cross-functional teammatesA strong desire to collaborate with colleagues and work on broader product strategy based on your knowledge of what's going on "out there"Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
