Stealth-Mode Start-Up Client is seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to provide insights and strategic recommendations that guide product decisions and optimize platform performance.
This role will focus on analyzing user behaviour, product performance metrics , and market trends to uncover opportunities for growth, engagement, and user satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modelling , and product performance measurement , combined with a passion for building data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze user data, feature adoption rates , and conversion funnels to uncover trends, opportunities, and pain points.
Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product features and releases.
Create clear, actionable dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI .
Conduct deep dives into user behaviour data to identify areas for improving user engagement and retention.
Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product features.
Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to identify areas of differentiation and growth opportunities.
Present insights and recommendations to Product Managers, Engineering Leads , and Executive Teams in a clear and compelling way.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure decisions are grounded in data and aligned with strategic objectives.
Regularly assess product analytics tools and workflows for improvements in efficiency and accuracy .
Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field .
Excellent command of the English Language in all forms.
Previous start-up experience would be an advantage.
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude , or similar analytics platforms.
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker , or Power BI .
Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis techniques .
Ability to break down complex problems and provide actionable insights.
Ability to create clear, visually appealing reports and present findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of how product data ties into overall business strategy and revenue growth .
Familiarity with product lifecycles, Agile methodologies , and data pipelines .
Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver insights effectively to diverse teams.
