Description 1) Insurance Company Fleet Insurance2) Procurement Ensure the implementation of the global Procurement of NPM policies within Mercedes-Benz Egypt & its subsidiaries.Develop local guidelines/processes with a clear strategy when purchasing goods and services aligned with Egyptian market standards & law, starting from supplier selection to payment according to MB standards.Daily procurement: Work with other internal departments to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations to overcome issues and concerns.Liaise with internal project teams.Gather proposals based on RFQ and negotiate purchase terms, conditions, price, and quality.Resolve daily operation/purchasing obstacles such as incorrect orders and invoices.Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and measure supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and service level.Research and identify potential suppliers.Prepare an annual report determining the discounted rate applied for each purchase supporting the company's goals.Monitor the timeline for each tender/purchase and develop an enhancement plan to tackle bottlenecks.Daily support for SWT users: Support Fiori users with system issues/bugs along with the IT department and the SWT support team.Handle required Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.Internal Control/Quality/ISO: Ensure compliance with defined internal controls processes.Support annual internal and external audits.Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor's Degree in Business AdministrationTechnical Knowledge Understanding of purchasing principles.1 to 2 years' experience in a similar work field.Experience with purchasing systems (preferred SAP).Negotiation skills & ability to convince others.Verbal and written English communication skills.Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible.Highly organized.Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.OrganizationMercedes-Benz Logistics and Distribution Egypt LLC
