Procurement Coordinator (Bottles - Sola)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement Bottles Procurement strategy SoLa, aligned with BU's needs and in close cooperation with the global procurement teamManage interface and relationship with key local and regional stakeholdersAnalyze and develop deep understanding of the supply markets and material value chain, including external economic factors which influence those marketsIdentify and build partnership with key suppliers and guarantee Supplier compliance (audits, specifications, general terms and conditions)Perform cost modelling and benchmarking analysis, to optimize the end-to-end value chainDevelop contingency plans and alternatives to ensure supply securityDeliver bottom line savings by working together with Suppliers, R&D and the Supply Chain to identify and implementing cost saving programsProvide the business with accurate price forecasting, which includes market conditions understanding, price trends and future markets trends to enable proper budgeting and price forecastingDrive and Implement the Sustainability agendaLead negotiations of commercial terms with key suppliersSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Higher professional education / university degreeExperience in Procurement or Supply Chain is requiredHigh degree of interpersonal, negotiation, influencing skillsAdvanced English written and verbal communication skillsExpert knowledge in excel and PowerPointExcellent analytical skills with ability to extract, organize, analyze significant amount of dataAttention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problemsEnjoy working in a virtual and multicultural working environment
