How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Sr AP Analyst reports directly to the AP Team Lead/Supervisor. The primary function of the position is to ensure the accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices.
Job Responsibilities Proactively communicates and interacts with other departments to resolve issues impacting the AP function. Supports a specific country as assigned with first level escalation. Processes Rush invoices as needed. Performs vendor statement credit review to ensure timely collection of outstanding credits. Ensures vendor discounts are taken when appropriate. Researches and drives resolution of invoices on hold. Follows up with Air Liquide vendors and requestors as needed. Assists with audits as required. Ensures all withholding taxes are applied properly. Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures. Oversees the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain accurate and timely payment processing. Resolves complex accounts payable issues and discrepancies. Performs analysis of AP data and reports. Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develops and maintains AP policies and procedures. Are you a MATCH? Education: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance degree required. Qualifications: Experience/Certifications:
5 years experience in Accounts Payable desirable. Knowledge of international Accounting Standards desirable. Knowledge of Oracle and invoice processing tools desirable. Language Requirements: English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]. Spanish mandatory.
