Responsibilities:Who are you? Reporting to the Director of Operations Enablement, the Process Manager is responsible for optimizing and streamlining organizational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
This role involves identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing new processes, and monitoring and evaluating process performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, project management, data analysis, and change management.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: Process Design and ImprovementAnalyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Create and implement new processes or modify existing ones to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.Develop and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Collaborate with cross functional subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments to ensure process designs align with business objectives and industry best practices.Coordinate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure smooth and timely releases of projects and initiatives.Change ManagementCreate and implement change strategies as needed, including communication plans, and subsequent training.Update process documentation to reflect new procedures and guidelines.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely implementation of any changes.Incident ManagementCoordinate with cross functional teams to ensure meaningful and effective incident management and notification to stakeholders, including end-users, leadership, and external parties.Develop and maintain communication plans for various incident and outage scenarios, including escalation procedures and notification protocols.You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as
